I’m Stephen Linden-Wyatt (not as posh as the name sounds) and I love to bake and cook with over 20 years experience in creating and adapting recipes.
Although I have baked Gluten-free for other people in the past, it was mid-2020 that my journey with a Gluten-free diet began. Following regular iron and B12 deficiencies’ and intense IBS, medical advice was to remove gluten from my diet.
Like most of us on a gluten-free diet, I turned back to home cooking. Gluten-free meals are not in mass production and eating gf bangers and mash all the time gets a bit boring 😉
Being Gluten-free is my way of sharing what I have created and learn on the way.
