Bacon, Hash browns and poached egg

This recipe is so simple, I won’t give it too much of a write up. It is actually a cheat recipes because it uses shop brought hash browns. I have chosen to add free range back bacon to mine with a poached egg but you can of course leave these out and add other fillings such as flat mushroom with hash browns.

I am yet to come across hash browns to include gluten but I do advise that you check the ingredients as you should on anything food you buy.

I like my bacon to be crispy but not dried not out. I also grill it to make it healthier.

Why do I buy free range bacon?

A happier and more healthy grown animal, not only has had a happier life but it is also better tasting. I also try to buy pork that has been reared using anti-biotics.
