Gluten-free Easter

When it comes to baking, Easter is a close second to being my favourite time of year. As a Christian, it also has an equal importance in my life. As with Christmas recipes, they have often been inspired by the Christian event. For example, a Simnel cake will have 11 balls of marzipan, representing the 11 disciples not including Judas who betrayed Jesus. Of course, when I became gluten-free, I could not leave out this special occasion. Below you will find a growing selection of my gluten-free Easter recipes.

Being gluten-free does not mean we have to miss out and we can all enjoy a Gluten-free Easter!
